The next day, John stood there again, this time with two of his disciples. He turned his eye to Jesus passing by and spoke, “Behold, the Lamb of God.

The two disciples heard him say this and went after Jesus. Jesus turned around and when He saw that they were following Him, He asked them, “What do you desire? They said to Him, ‘Rabbi’ – translated this means, ‘Master – where dost thou stay?’

He said to them, ‘Go along to see.’ ‘ Thereupon they went along and saw where He was staying. That day they stayed with Him. (John 1:35-39)
